Terreadonner is a platform that puts excavators holding fill dirt in touch with people who want to receive it on their land.

The platform makes the introduction. It plays no part in transport, in carrying out the work, or in the agreements reached between the parties.

Use of the platform is free for individual recipients.

Creating an account requires a valid email address and accurate information.

Some accounts are reviewed before they are activated.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account.

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

The information you post must be accurate and current, in particular the address of the site and the volume required.

You undertake not to use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

You undertake not to collect other users' contact details for solicitation purposes.

Any account breaching these rules may be suspended without notice.

Information about the nature of the soil is declared by the parties themselves.

Terreadonner does not verify these declarations and does not vouch for any of them.

It is up to each party to ensure that the intended deposit complies with the applicable regulations.

Terreadonner cannot be held liable for the consequences of a deposit made between two users.

Delivery may be included or may be billed by the excavator.

Where an amount is charged, it is shown before any introduction is made.

Terreadonner takes no commission on these amounts and plays no part in their settlement.

By creating an account, you agree to receive the emails required for the service to work: sign-up confirmation, follow-up on your request, and introductions.

Every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Unsubscribing ends the communications but does not delete your account.

If you provide a mobile phone number, you may receive text messages from Terreadonner about your request: sign-up confirmation, introduction to an excavator, or soil becoming available in your area.

Consent to text messages is optional. It is not a condition of creating an account or of accessing the service.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message received. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies with your activity on the platform.

Mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

All the elements making up the platform — brand, text, interfaces, database — remain the property of Terreadonner.

Any unauthorized reproduction or extraction is prohibited.

The content you post remains yours. You grant Terreadonner the right to display it for the purposes of the service.

Terreadonner works to keep the platform available but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Such interruptions do not give rise to any compensation.

These terms may be amended. The version in force is the one published on this page.

Substantial changes are notified by email or on the platform.

Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the law applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada.

Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
